Call for Papers – ISC25

The International Summer Conference 2025 successfully brought together groundbreaking research and innovation in data analytics and artificial intelligence, thanks to the contributions submitted through its Call for Papers.

Researchers, academics, and industry professionals were invited to share their work, with the best contributions selected for publication in collaboration with Springer in the prestigious Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) series.

Submission Timeline

  • April 28 – Paper submission deadline
  • May 17 – Acceptance notification
  • May 20 – Early bird registration deadline
  • May 25 – Camera-ready submission deadline
  • May 31 – Abstract submission deadline
  • June 6 – Final acceptance notification

Submission Formats

The conference welcomed three types of submissions (LNCS format, Springer):

  • Regular Papers (up to 15 pages): Original research contributions
  • Short Papers (up to 11 pages): Extended abstracts of novel research
  • Abstracts: High-quality published or preliminary works

A double-blind peer review process ensured the scientific rigor of both regular and short papers.

Proceedings & Special Issues

Regular and short papers were published in Springer’s LNCS series (post-proceedings). Abstracts, though not included in LNCS, were compiled into an electronic book available on the conference website. Abstracts representing preliminary work were later given the opportunity to be extended into full papers for LNCS publication after additional review.

Moreover, selected contributions were invited to submit extended versions to Scopus-indexed journals, including Internet of Things (Elsevier) and Soft Computing (Springer), with further special issues announced during the conference.

To support the organization, a registration fee was required for all participants. Each presenting author was limited to registering for one paper.

Thanks to this process, ISC25 established itself as a key platform for advancing AI and decision science research, amplifying the work of scholars and practitioners worldwide.
