PAYMENTS

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.

Can I receive an invoice for my ticket?

Invoices can be requested at registration and will be delivered by email once internally processed.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another participant if needed.

DISCOUNTS

I am a Decision Science Alliance member. Do I get a discount?

Yes. Members receive an exclusive discount, which is included in the registration email sent to you.

I am a Decision Science Alliance Ambassador. Do I get a discount?

We’re not planning to offer special discounts for ambassadors, unless an ambassador brings in sponsors.

I am a paper co-author. Do I get a discount?

Yes, select the Light Fee option.

VISA & INVITATION LETTERS

How can I get a visa or an invitation letter for the event?

F.A.Q – The Venue

Where is the Decision Science Summit taking place?

The event will be hosted at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, C. de José Gutiérrez Abascal, 2, Chamartín, 28006 Madrid, Spain.

How far is the venue from the airport?

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD) is about 25 minutes away by car or 35 minutes by metro.

Is parking available nearby?

Yes, there are several paid parking facilities within a few minutes’ walk from the venue.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The venue is fully accessible and provides elevators, ramps and adapted restrooms.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the venue?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available for all registered participants.

Is there a cloakroom or luggage storage area?

Yes, a supervised cloakroom will be available at the venue entrance during conference hours.

Is there a shuttle service to the venue?

No, official shuttle service is planned, but the venue is easily reachable via public transport and taxis.

Can I enter and exit the venue freely during the day?

Yes, once registered, you can come and go as needed. Please keep your badge visible at all times.

What should I wear?

The dress code is business casual.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Who can become a sponsor?

Sponsorship opportunities are open to companies, innovative enterprises, SMEs, startups, nonprofit organizations, private foundations, and think tanks that share our mission to advance Decision Science and AI-driven innovation.

What are the sponsorship levels available?

There are two main sponsorship packages:
Standard Sponsor (€2,700 / €1,500 Super Early Bird)
Executive Sponsor (€6,500 / €4,700 Super Early Bird)
Each package includes different levels of visibility, access, and engagement opportunities during the Summit.

What is included in the Super Early Bird offer?

The Super Early Bird offers a discounted rate available until December 31, 2025, allowing sponsors to secure their participation at the lowest price of the season.

Tickets & Access

How many tickets are included in each sponsorship package?

Standard Sponsor: 2 full-access tickets + Gala Dinner (valued at €525 each)
Executive Sponsor: 5 full-access tickets + Gala Dinner (valued at €525 each)
5. Can I purchase additional tickets?
Yes, additional full-access tickets and Gala Dinner seats can be purchased separately upon request.

Visibility & Promotion

How will my company be promoted?

Sponsors receive extensive visibility through:
Announcements on LinkedIn and the event newsletter
Logo placement on all communication materials, banners, and the official website
An interview with IDA Magazine, featured across LinkedIn, podcast, and the printed issue distributed to all attendees.

Will I have a physical presence during the event?

Yes! Each sponsor has a dedicated exhibition stand in the main networking area where lunch breaks and interactions take place — ensuring maximum exposure and direct engagement with participants.

Engagement Opportunities

Can sponsors deliver a speech or workshop?

Absolutely. Sponsors have the opportunity to:
Deliver a 20-minute speech to present a case study or technology
Host a 1-hour workshop to demonstrate products or innovative solutions directly to attendees

Can I showcase a live demo at my stand?

Yes, live demos are encouraged to maximize engagement and visibility among Summit participants.

Payments & Invoicing

How can I pay for a sponsorship package?

Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your sponsorship.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, all sponsors receive a formal invoice issued by the Decision Science Alliance (Switzerland).

Deadlines & Contact

When is the deadline for sponsorship applications?

Super Early Bird rates are valid until December 31, 2025. After that date, standard rates will apply.
